St. Charles County man charged with invasion of privacy [Video]

St. Charles County prosecutors on Wednesday charged Timothy Fry, 34, with six counts of invasion of privacy, which is a Class E felony.  

According to a probable cause statement from the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Fry set up his cell phone inside public restrooms at local Target stores, bars and restaurants, Vetta Sports, public pools, vacations and his workplace, which was a hospital. 

He “indiscriminately” captured sexually exploitative videos and photos of at least four victims ranging in age. The incidents occurred at various locations throughout the area between Jan. 1, 2020, and Sept. 1, 2023. Some victims were either partially or fully nude at the time …
