The intent for the video and accompanying guide is to encourage nonprofit boards to engage in Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging (DIEB) work as well as to support the organization’s CEO and Board chair through the assessment process and next steps. For any organization this work is a process and the video and guide are here to inspire and guide that journey.
