“I’m Michael Chong, a 16-year-old classical pianist and violinist from Round Rock, Texas. As a past fellow and current mentor with the Draylen Mason Fellow Program, under the guidance of Dr. Susan Groves for piano and Molly Emerman for violin, I’ve found profound inspiration in the power of music to transcend barriers and bring people together. I’m thrilled to be part of the Musicians with Disabilities for Daily Joy celebration! I believe in acknowledging and honoring the diverse talents of all musicians, regardless of any challenges they may face.
