March 8th marks International Women’s Day, a globally recognized occasion for over four decades, dedicated to honoring the accomplishments of women across all domains and advocating for continued efforts to foster a more inclusive and equitable world.

As a company where women comprise 54 percent of our workforce, and with a substantial representation of women in scientific roles (55 percent of all science-related positions), Evotec have a unique opportunity to enhance equity both within our organization and within the realm of science.
