Xi Epsilon – EY Inclusive Leadership Award – Final Abstract Video

Every year, EY sponsors the Inclusive Leadership Award, where chapters an inspired to, in the words of EY, “Build a better working world”.

Through this competition, we were encouraged to submit an initial written abstract detailing the implementation of a proposed idea to positively impact diversity, equity and inclusion. After being selected as one of 10 chapters Globally, we received funds to implement this initiative, tasked with reporting back on how our idea enhanced diversity and leading inclusively within our community.
