Multiple agencies are searching across Massachusetts and Connecticut for a fugitive wanted in connection with the deadly shooting of a Worcester woman and her daughter earlier this week. Dejan Belnavis, 27, is wanted on charges of armed assault with intent to murder and possession of a firearm without a license.
