Shola Kaye is an award-winning speaker and author who has published several books. Shola uses her own experiences as a Black woman and an introvert to educate audiences on the importance of communication and empathy in the workplace. She also works to inspire others to help improve diversity and inclusion and become the best version of themselves possible.

Shola has studied at prestigious institutes including the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, and Emory, graduating with a degree in Neuropharmacology & Analytical Chemistry, a PGCE and a Masters in Natural Sciences. Her professional career started as a Management Consultant for Princeton Consultants before she became a Web Producer at Razorfish Global.
