Another man was arrested Monday and charged in a deadly Charleston, South Carolina, hit-and-run crash that killed two young women from Simpsonville.The Charleston Police Department said Seth Alan Gilbert William Carlson was arrested after a review of recently obtained surveillance video from the South Carolina Ports Authority.Lizzy Zito and Arianna Gamber, both 20 years old, died in the hit-and-run that happened on April 28 on Morrison Drive near the on-ramp to the Ravenel Bridge.The investigation revealed the victims were first struck by Carlson’s Chevrolet truck when he drove off the roadway as the victims walked near the bike lane on Morrison Drive, police said. They were struck again 30 minutes later by Max David Gentilin’s vehicle after he drove off the roadway and over the curb.
