Indiana State University hosts Diversity in Business Symposium | News [Video]

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – Indiana State University hosted its annual Diversity in Business Symposium on Monday.

The event brought together a diverse group of students and professionals. Speakers highlighted opportunities and challenges they have faced in supporting a more inclusive work environment.

The college says it aims to provide a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion for all campus community members. Organizers hoped the event was an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

“Networking, not only in the sense of business, but how diversity, equity, and inclusion are part of our business interactions and policies,” said associate professor Milton Soto-Ferrari, Ph.D.
