“Comedian and radio host Charlamagne tha God guest hosted the Daily Show this week and on Wednesday night offered a surprising take on diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, calling them “mostly garbage” and ineffective.

“DEI. It means more fair hiring policies, new anti-discrimination rules for the workplace, and sensitivity training seminars. And the first thing it led to was a shitload of ads,” Charlamagne began as a supercut of corporate ads championing DEI ran.”
