Companies worldwide are spending millions on DEI efforts, but not seeing the desired change fast enough. Patrycja Riera posits that we need to refocus and look at the root of the problem: Human Character. This is the foundation of judgment, decision-making, and behavior. Patrycja shares how leaders can build the necessary character to create truly diverse and inclusive organizations that are fit for humans and for the future. We stand to gain more when we move beyond practicing inclusion to truly embodying inclusivity. Patrycja is an inclusion advisor, facilitator, researcher, and strategist with over 18 years of experience in corporate and senior leadership development consulting. She works with senior and executive leaders in a variety of industries, including management consulting, global law firms, financial institutions, large international organizations, and government entities. She is often asked to support organizations in implementing strategic changes and building effective and inclusive teams.

Patrycja is passionate about human-centric leadership and organizations, and her doctoral research focuses on how leaders navigate a sense of inclusion while maintaining core beliefs, values, and norms.
