What is BELL?

BELL is a non-profit (501c3) organization that is committed to providing business owners the training and support they need to access capital, increase revenue, add jobs and have a positive impact on the Maryland economy. BELL serves the entire Maryland business community, not just Baltimore. BELL raises money for our Small Business Fund through event ticket sales, sponsorships and donations.

WHC offers business capital, coaching and operational solutions to emerging companies and delivers management consulting and technology to government agencies, financial institutions, universities and non-profit organizations.
