Beer raises money for autism awareness in Mesa [Video]

MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — April is Autism Acceptance Month and to help spread the word, a couple of Valley brewmasters are brewing up a special beer to raise money and awareness for a really great cause. And that is Something Good!

Visit Mesa is partnering with 12 West Brewing Co. and Chupacabra Taproom for the third annual launch of Spectrum IPA. Proceeds from the sale of the limited-edition beer and the Mesa For All Beer Crawl Launch Party from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, will benefit the Mesa Regional Foundation for Accessibility, Diversity & Inclusion.

Spectrum is a West Coast IPA that will be available at select breweries throughout April, including 12 West Brewing Co.’s location in downtown Mesa, Chupacabra Taproom, AZ Brew at Delta Hotels by Marriott Phoenix Mesa, República Empanada, Oro Brewing, Worth Takeaway and Old Ellsworth Brewing Company.
