Seval Yildirim, Vice Provost for Inclusive Excellence, UB
Yildirim leads UB’s efforts to create a culture of equity and inclusion. She has extensive administrative experience related to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA). Before joining UB, Yildirim was vice president for diversity initiatives and chief diversity officer at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Jacqueline Hall, LMSW, MSW ’05, DSW ’24, Executive Director, Buffalo & Erie County Workforce Investment Board
Hall leads workforce development and job training initiatives that focus on constructing a more inclusive county workforce. She has held numerous positions in the Department of Social Services and in community development organizations.

Elizabeth Ramirez, MBA/MSW ’24, First-Generation Dominican American
A Social Impact Fellow and Prentice Family Foundation Fellow in 2023, Ramirez aims to translate her nonprofit expertise to support the social challenges of underrepresented groups in corporate Western New York and is engaged in DEIA initiatives at UB.
