🎤 PITCH LATINO SEATTLE May 8, 2024 – Latina, Latino, Latinx, Latine startup pitch competition

Are you a Latina/Latino/Latinx/Latine founder looking to share what you’re building with a live Seattle, Washington, audience — and the rest of the world…? Well, you’re in luck. Because the premier pitch competition for Latinx-founded companies — Pitch Latino — is currently accepting applications for their next event in Seattle on May 8, 2024.

Latino entrepreneurs will get five minutes to pitch to the audience and then three minutes of questions about their idea. After the last pitcher has answered questions from the audience, attendees will then vote for the winners who split the prize money equally.

Who: This event is a collaborative effort led by Fanny Tavera, MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, Juan Barraza, a founding member of Latino Founders and Edgar Navas, CEO of Cliqa. Juan and Edgar are also the organizers behind PDX Startup Weekend Latino, in conjunction with Gabriel Host of The Shades of Entrepreneurship.

Event Vision: Revitalizing the Latinx community in Seattle by leveraging what the city offers. Seattle is home to a thriving, close-knit innovation network filled with innovators, creators, VC, and more. Through this event, we aim to showcase and support Latinx founders, fostering connections that bridge the gap in the current innovation scene.
