MIAMI (WFOR) – Police are looking for the person who shot three women after an argument broke out over the election at a Miami apartment complex.
Police say the shooting happened early Wednesday morning at an apartment complex in Miami. A group of people were drinking then started arguing about the election. That’s when someone walked to a vehicle, pulled out a gun and began shooting.
Police say three women in their late 20s to early 30s were shot, one of whom was hospitalized in critical condition with an injury to her stomach. The other two victims are in stable condition.
“This is something that is of concern to us,” said Miami Police spokesman Mike Vega. “There is no place for violence, especially over a difference of opinion in politics.”
