ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – There are all kinds of options in Georgia to shop at this holiday season and one Tucker gift shop is encouraging people to keep small, minority-owned businesses in mind.
“We say that we spread southern hospitality one gift at a time,” said Karen Gayle, owner of Georgia Gifts and More.
At Georgia Gifts and More, you can pick up a little bit of everything — candles, snacks, sauces, candies, t-shirts.
It is a hub of all things local.
“Everything that represents the state, made here in the state. That is what we sell,” said Gayle.
Run by Karen Gayle and her husband, they started the shop right before the pandemic.
“I am a Georgia peach,” said Gayle, laughing. “Tucker and this whole North Dekalb area has really been a great place to be.”
