Taylor Momsen may have shed her innocent Gossip Girl brand long ago, but there are still those of us who can’t help but see little Jenny Humphrey, particularly during Little J’s “dark” phase, when we look at her. I don’t know about anybody else, but I think fashion designer Jenny would have approved of Momsen’s bold look here.
