Public School or Private School in Hawaii: Why We’re Choosing Public Education [Video]

Should you send your child to public school or private school in Hawaii? That’s a huge topic of debate among locals, particularly parents. With the high cost of living in Hawaii, the additional tuition of private school may stretch families even further. So what about public school in Hawaii? Is it so bad? In this video, I wanted to talk about three reasons why we’re probably sending our kids to public school…and that’s okay. In fact, it may better than okay. As someone who attended both private and public school, I wanted to provide a perspective from someone who grew up in Hawaii and experienced both.
