MZBIU: building inclusive unions [Video]

Frontline Fellow Michelle Ziregbe joins us for this Social Work Coffee Break exploring MZBIU – an inclusive mentoring programme promoting the importance of diverse leadership and inclusivity.

Having noticed that there was a lack of diverse leadership teams and how this often-impacted inclusive workplaces Michelle wanted to change this and MZBIU was created – working towards leadership teams that are inclusive of the community’s social workers serve.
