Matheson LLP and the 30% Club Ireland hosted the 2024 Diversity and Inclusion Conference at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin on Wednesday (16 October).
The event centred on exploring and addressing the critical challenges faced by the next generation of leaders in the evolving workplace.
The conference heard from leading Irish employers on how organisations can adapt to support the career development and well-being of future leaders, while also focusing on the importance of diversity and inclusion in driving innovation and growth.
Chupi Sweetman, founder of Chupi, was the keynote speaker, and the event was closed by Paula Neary, senior managing director at Accenture and chair of 30% Club Ireland.
The conference also included panel discussions that centre on employers’ and employees’ perspectives.
The first panel put across the employers’ perspective with a focus on a modern career path, how it is changing, and the trends that organisations are anticipating.
