WE LEARNED THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME HE HAS BEEN ACCUSED OF DOING THIS. AND ACCORDING TO FORSYTH COUNTY COURT DOCUMENTS, CHRISTOPHER JERMAINE DIAZ IS BEING CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF ASSAULT ON A FEMALE AND ONE COUNT OF TRESPASSING AFTER UNIVERSITY POLICE ARRESTED HIM ON SUNDAY. IN COURT, THE DA’S OFFICE ASKED THE JUDGE TO RAISE OR NOT CHANGE HIS BOND. AS THEY SAY HE HAS A HISTORY OF SIMILAR ASSAULT CHARGES.
