LIBERTY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Liberty Police Department is searching for three women caught on surveillance video stealing expensive items from multiple stores.
In a Facebook post made on Aug. 12, Liberty police called the women “Stanley swipers” and asked for anyone who recognizes them to step forward. They re-upped the post on Aug. 21, still looking for information.
The specific stores the women stole from were not named, but LPD said their getaway car was a black GMC Acadia.
“STOP STEALING STANLEYS! WE REPEAT… STOP STEALING STANLEYS!” the post stated.
Anyone who recognizes the shoplifters is asked to contact Liberty police directly at 816-439-4730 or the anonymous TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
