About Dee Grey: Dee (they/them) is a non-binary agilest driving inclusion within the agile practice. Dee fell in love with leadership shortly after high school when they ran a World of Warcraft guild through their 20s. Dee coaches, trains, and cajoles leaders into understanding themselves, their team members, and the systems that affect each one of them, better. Dee’s experience spans multiple industries, from medical to financial, and across multiple disciplines, from individual contributor to reporting manager.
Dee lives in Utah with their partner and blended family.
