The COVID-19 pandemic has changed, and will continue to change, the ways of living for many people. As these transformations take shape, cities are positioned to improve current systems and ensure they are equitable and inclusive – a momentous opportunity. The Alumni Reunion explored the future of cities, like Boston, through considerations such as:
– How has COVID-19 changed how we live, work, and play?
– What does a vibrant, prosperous city look like post-pandemic?
– What are the opportunities for increased equity and inclusion?
– How role does inclusive leadership play in reshaping a post-pandemic Boston?
Become a part of YW Boston’s LeadBoston program and join a network of over 1,000 inclusive leaders in Boston. During this 11-month program, participants explore and learn how to address barriers to inclusion through facilitated dialogue, expert speakers, and peer learning. Through experiential activities, participants delve into the social, political, and socioeconomic realities of Boston and explore innovative solutions to inequity. Interested in learning more?
