From 2007 to 2017, Latina-owned businesses surged by more than 85%. Hispanic women play an important role in the economy, but still face many challenges when it comes to equity in the workplace. Raven Santana sits down with Latina business leaders in New Jersey to discuss the progress made for Hispanic women and why they still aren’t represented at the corporate level. Plus, Raven breaks down the major headlines of the week, including testimony from the first public budget hearing.
