FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A new resource will soon be available to people in Fargo and beyond, dedicated to making the community more inclusive.
The Fargo Human Rights Commission met on December 19 and announced the website InclusiveFargo.com.
Chairman Sekou Sirleaf says they started working on the website after the city commission ousted the Department of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as part of budget cuts this fall.
Sirleaf says it will be a place for hot-button topics and constructive conversations, with sections including a community forum, blog, volunteer opportunities and public petitions.
Commission member Nancy Boyle says InclusiveFargo.com could be a great place for people to find information about bills going through the upcoming legislative session.
