RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – Black Friday may be over, but that doesn’t mean the shopping is going to stop, especially with Small Business Saturday.
Some made their way to various Black Hills small businesses to score good deals, but others opted to attend the Handley Center’s Christmas Market to support 42 local artisans and their small businesses.
From homemade baked goods and jewelry to custom home décor and locally written books, there was something for every shopper to enjoy.
The owner of Very Verna, Amy Beth Soyland, said it’s important for the community to support Small Business Saturday, but it is even more important to support local businesses.
