The mayor of Worcester on Tuesday said he’s taking “very seriously” a report by the U.S. Department of Justice alleging “outrageous government conduct” in the city’s police department, including the use of excessive force and sexual wrongdoing.The U.S. Department of Justice launched the investigation two years ago.
