Description

The Parkinson’s Foundation makes life better for people with Parkinson’s disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure. In everything we do, we build on the energy, experience, and passion of our global Parkinson’s community.

The Community Engagement Intern will help support the Community Engagement team with research activities including the Parkinson’s Foundation Research Advocacy Program and Surveys Initiative. The Research Advocacy Program aims to train the Parkinson’s community to become primary partners working alongside researchers, scientists and government in the drug development process. The Surveys Initiative aims to advance Parkinson’s care through understanding the experiences of people living with this disease and widely sharing those experiences with the PD community.
