Coming Out in the Workplace | Ansys Pride Alliance

As of 2019, 36% of all LGBTQ people in the US reported workplace discrimination, and 46% reported being closeted at work.

Last Fall, as part of National Coming Out Day, the Ansys Pride Alliance, which is one of Ansys’ many Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), received video submissions from across the company detailing our employees’ personal stories of coming out in the workplace.
