Clarksville councilman says the LGBTQ community pushes an agenda on children [Video]

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Clarksville city councilman created quite a stir for comments he made about the LGBTQ community during Pride month. He also spoke out against what he called “woke” corporations.

At a public meeting, Councilman Travis Holleman compared diversity, equity and inclusion programs in corporate America to communist propaganda to prevent dissension among the people. Holleman added that the LGBTQ community is indoctrinating children.

The Ward 7 councilman presented his beliefs during a presentation at the June 27 meeting. One slide said “the Prince of Pride is Satan.”

He also claimed that the LGBTQ community is dedicated to sex and that the community pushed an agenda on every corner of life, including on children and within the city of Clarksville.
