Chancellor Banks to step down early, Adams reacts [Video]

NYC Mayor Eric Adams spoke to the media for the first time after the news broke that the schools chancellor David Banks will step down months before the original plan. It appears they are not on the same page when it comes to the chancellor’s retirement. FOX 5 NY’s Morgan McKay reports both sides.
