Our Mission & Purpose

In alignment with the overarching missions and goals of the university, the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is charged with responding to, educating around, and reporting to the campus about campus climate concerns.  

Campus climate concerns can include conduct, speech or expression that negatively targets, intimidates, or threatens an individual or group due to race, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities, as well as past/present history of mental disorders.
