Cincinnati Public Schools has new board president [Video]

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Ohio’s second-largest school district, Cincinnati Public Schools, has a new board president for 2025.

Kareem Moncree-Moffett will lead Greater Cincinnati’s largest school district with about 36,000 students in more than 66 schools.

Moncree-Moffett has a PhD in educating urban African-American students, earned her master’s degree in remedial education in higher education and has previous experience as a chemical engineer, director of diversity programs and academic adviser.

She co-taught math and science at John P. Parker School and geophysics at Withrow High School.
