Controversial Milwaukee mural defaced, restored in Riverwest [Video]

A new mural in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood was vandalized, then cleaned, on Friday.The controversial mural shows an image of a Swastika intertwined with the Star of David.Someone painted over the mural Friday morning, and by Friday afternoon, that paint had been removed.Ihsan Atta owns the property at the corner of Holton and Locust. He is Palestinian and a strong critic of the war between Israel and Hamas.
