MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) -Today,the Shop Black Fest tour stopped in the 901.
A Tennesse State & Howard University grad came together and created this initiative that brings together small black businesses across the mid-south.
This year marks the fourth anniversary of the Shop Black Fest and the founders hope their impact is being felt.
