The VP Talent and Culture is looking for a Director, Employee Experience, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI). With your team, you will play a central role in the development of the strategies, practices and programs under your responsibility (EVP, EDI, flexible work arrangements, organizational culture, etc.), aiming for an experience that stands out for all our North American employees, all in line with iA’s business strategy.
Main responsibilities
Equity, diversity and inclusion
- Actively contribute to the development of the EDI vision and strategy and propose innovative programs in line with best market practices;
- Implement an action plan in line with EDI strategy and identified objectives;
- -Set annual targets and optimize performance indicators for equity, diversity and inclusion;
- In collaboration with your various partners, review and improve our talent and culture practices to make them more equitable and inclusive;
- Act as a manager of influence with the EDI committee and make recommendations;
- Monitor North American EDI best practices.
