A man was shot in both legs multiple times in the parking lot of Buckhead’s Phipps Plaza Friday morning, according to Atlanta police.

The child was reportedly hit while trying to cross the road.

Police said officers responded to the Belle Apartments around 7 p.m. Thursday.

According to the Douglas County Fire/EMS Department, there is an “overturned tractor trailer” in the westbound lanes.
