The City of Wilmington’s Office of Economic Development hosted a Diverse Business Resource, which gave small and minority-owned businesses the opportunity to network with key Economic Development, and Supplier Diversity leaders from across the state. Business owners also got an opportunity to learn about the resources available through the State of Delaware’s Community Navigator Program, an initiative that was created through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
