Janice Fialka and Richard are sought after experts, authors, global speakers and presenters on several aspects of disability, inclusion, independence-interdependence, empowerment, community and education. Their son Micah is one of the stars of the acclaimed film “Intelligent Lives”. He is a teaching assistant at Syracuse University. Micah has an intellectual disability.
