After her divorce, Tammy Everett has been selling off her former husband’s assets one by one. Next on her list is an old warehouse that she is currently using as an office until she moves into her new space. One day, Tammy receives a call from a potential buyer who wants to see the property. Coincidentally, the city inspector is scheduled for a review on the same day. When Tammy tries to lowball the buyer, the inspector points out all the flaws and repairs that need to be made to her dilapidated warehouse, killing any potential sale.
