Julie Coutts of Ellon Rugby, recognised for her contributions to inclusion and diversity at the Aberdeenshire club, including becoming the first woman to take on the role of Club President at Ellon.
Thanks to her dedication, the club is seeing players enjoy enhanced experiences at the club through their coaching as well as feeling more supported with their wellbeing.
