Boy, 15, rescues woman who drove car into lake: Thats just how my family raised me [Video]

GROSSE POINTE WOODS, Mich. (WXYZ) – What started off as a normal day of fishing turned into a rescue mission for a Michigan teenager.

John Agnello, 15, jumped into action when he saw a woman’s car drive into Lake Saint Clair on Tuesday.

Thankfully, everyone got out of the water alive.

John said he was fishing with his mom near the marina when they saw a car go into the lake.

“I just see a car just go flying in the air. It was about 15 yards into the water, already that far,” he said.

Without hesitation, John said he and another man jumped into the water to help the woman inside the car.

“The car was at like 65% water, so then we had to get her out the window because the door wasn’t opening,” John said.

After John and the other man pulled the woman to safety, John wanted to make sure there was no one …
