Cheyenne and Arapaho Productions joined Tribal and city leaders at the grand opening of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Community Development Corporation. The CACDC is “for current Native American business owners, or Native American entrepreneurs who are wanting to start a business,” said Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Lt.Governor Hershel Gorham. “We don’t have to count the credit score-we can look at it, but it’s not the final determining factor.”
